FSCA is currently hiring an EMS Technician Level II. This is a mid-level Technician responsible for performing certified DOT inspections, Preventative Maintenance inspections, light repairs, and follow-up repairs. The technician will also perform light mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic diagnostics, along with other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include scheduled work on customer fleets and emergency roadside service. The role requires creative problem-solving in emergencies, self-management, effective decision-making, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and situational awareness. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to operate effectively in emergency situations are essential. The technician must follow established procedures for repairs, safety practices, and documentation, striving for excellence and quality in all work performed.
