Advocate Health is seeking a salaried Emergency Medical Services educator for the 36102 AMC Summit - Emergency Department in Wisconsin. This full-time role involves guiding EMS program education, coordinating with hospital leadership, and ensuring adherence to state and national standards.

The position requires RN licensure, EMS instructor credentials, and a track record in teaching and leadership. A strong preference for Wisconsin credentials and experience in emergency services is noted.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where the team member practices.
• EMS Instructor I certification or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• NREMT-Intermediate certification for Paramedic track.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 0 months unless exempted by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with ED and hospital leadership to improve EMS program outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between out-of-hospital care providers, community, and hospital staff.
• Meet EMS program goals and standards; coordinate education and protocols.
• Provide on-scene medical direction and ensure quality patient care.
