Three Rivers Ambulance Authority (TRAA) is seeking a Clinical Educator in Fort Wayne, IN to develop and deliver comprehensive EMS clinical education and competency-based training. The role supports ongoing professional development and ensures staff competence across paramedics, AEMTs, and EMTs.

Under the Clinical Director, you will identify educational needs from performance data, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, while promoting TRAA’s culture of patient safety and clinical

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Paramedic certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive EMS field experience.
• Experience as a preceptor, field trainer, instructor, or mentor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for EMS personnel.
• Provide classroom, hands-on, simulation-based, and competency-focused training.
• Maintain records of training, attendance, and certifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Clinical team to support onboarding.
• Conduct competency evaluations and remediation plans when needed.
