Job description

Who We Are

RightSite helps EMS agencies use their most limited resource, crews and units, where they matter most. We partner directly with EMS in the field and through dispatch to support real‑time clinical decision‑making for non‑emergent patients. Using telehealth, ER physicians and patient navigators, we help crews safely redirect appropriate patients to the right level of care, reducing unnecessary transports while preserving readiness for true emergencies.

The result is better patient experience, higher‑quality care, and more available EMS capacity for the calls that cannot wait.

Who You Are

Account Manager (EMS): As the primary relationship owner for RightSite's EMS partners, your core responsibility is ensuring the health and effectiveness of these partnerships. You focus on the success of the partnership itself, helping EMS agencies redirect the right amount of volume, enough to free up crews for critical emergencies, without compromising safety, trust, or operations.

You build durable relationships with EMS leadership, operations teams, dispatch, and field users. You understand how EMS actually works: shift pressure, dispatch constraints, crew skepticism, and the realities of public service. You show up as a credible partner who helps agencies use RightSite in ways that fit their workflows and improve outcomes on the ground.

This is not a quota‑carrying sales role. You support growth by ensuring agencies succeed after launch, through strong adoption, ongoing optimization, and visible operational value. When EMS agencies trust the model, expansion follows naturally.

You work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure each partner has what they need to redirect patients appropriately, sustain adoption over time, and keep crews available for true emergencies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Own the day‑to‑day health of assigned EMS partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and accountable steward of the partner experience.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with EMS chiefs, operations leaders, dispatch leadership, and field personnel, grounded in a practical understanding of EMS workflows and constraints.
  • Partner with Sales as a subject‑matter and relationship expert, participating in renewals, expansions, and planning conversations to ensure continuity and credibility.
  • Enable growth within existing and adjacent agencies by providing warm introductions, institutional knowledge, and operational context.
  • Drive adoption and appropriate utilization by helping agencies align training, dispatch workflows, and field operations to real‑world conditions.
  • Monitor partner performance and utilization trends, identifying risks early and surfacing opportunities to improve outcomes and capacity.
  • Coordinate closely with Implementation and Clinical teams to resolve issues, refine workflows, and strengthen clinical and operational results.
  • Plan and lead regular partner check‑ins, performance data reviews, and on‑site engagements to maintain alignment and trust.
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and program expansions in collaboration with Sales and executive leadership.
  • Represent RightSite in agency meetings, trainings, and regional or state EMS forums as a credible partner to the EMS community.
  • Maintain accurate, current records in CRM systems to support forecasting, renewals, and internal coordination.
  • Stay current on EMS market dynamics, regulatory changes, and public‑sector trends that shape partner needs and decision‑making.
How Success Is Measured
  • Strength and durability of EMS partner relationships.
  • Partner satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Program adoption and utilization growth.
  • Successful renewals and expansions supported in collaboration with Sales.
  • Responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving partner issues.
  • Quality of collaboration with Sales, Implementation, and Clinical teams.
Requirements
  • Texas based, within a reasonable distance of a major airport (preferably Dallas).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1‑3 years of experience working with EMS, public safety agencies, healthcare services, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EMS operations, public‑sector environments, and value‑based care concepts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with public safety stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting account growth, renewals, or expansions in partnership with a Sales organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both executive leadership and frontline teams.
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and follow‑through.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into partner‑relevant insights.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Product teams.
  • Willingness to travel to partner sites and industry events.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
Benefits
  • The opportunity to help build a company from the ground up.
  • Competitive base salary and incentive compensation.
  • Market‑competitive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability.
