Meridian Technology Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role in Tallahassee, FL. The candidate will gather, document, and manage requirements for EMR systems and data initiatives, coordinating onboarding and validation with the Early Steps Data System team.

The role requires substantial EMR experience, data systems development, and progress reporting. Strong documentation and presentation skills are essential for project success and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for system implementation.
• 2 years with EMR and onboarding multiple EMR systems.
• 2 years working with the development of early intervention data systems.
• 3 years collecting and analyzing data, and software process evaluation and improvements.
• 3 years in analysis, design, development and implementation of a complex system implementation.
• 3 years developing detailed project documentation and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field; related experience can substitute for degree.

Responsabilités

• Research, understand, and interpret functional and nonfunctional requirements including stakeholder requirements, data and information requirements, data integration, metadata, data quality, service levels and performance.
• Articulate technology in terms stakeholders can understand and communicate business concepts to the Early Steps Data System Project team.
• Plan, manage, and complete onboarding, technical validation, and certification of designated EMR systems’ file import.
• Manage the EMR user acceptance testing with EMR users.
• Produce a detailed User Guide outlining step-by-step EMR onboarding, file testing and certification procedures within 120 days.
• Provide post-implementation support for the Early Steps Data System.
• Assist the project team with testing post-implementation system changes and document results and resolutions.
• Conduct weekly EMR user status meetings and document outcomes for supervisor.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive EMR user spreadsheet with status and contacts.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Support RAID log and other project logs as directed.
• Participate in weekly and monthly status and stakeholder meetings.
