Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Title 33, and CFR 42 Part 2 preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Scan and file all Center related medical record documents.
• Sort and scan record materials into EMR in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high accuracy rate for scanned documents (≈97%).
• Retrieve medical record information from internal and external providers.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information; comply with HIPAA, CFR Part 2.
