Job summary

NexaPoint Health is seeking an experienced EMR Billing Product Manager who can serve as both presales consultant and post-sales implementor. You will be the trusted technical and clinical expert guiding clients from first demo to successful adoption across Oklahoma and nearby states.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales leadership while traveling onsite to clinics and hospitals. You will blend revenue cycle knowledge with practical EMR deployment experience to deliver value.

Qualifications

8+ years combined experience in medical billing and EMR implementation.
Proficiency selling and implementing at least one major EMR system with deep billing process knowledge.
Willingness to travel in-person to client sites across Oklahoma and nearby states.

Responsibilities

Conduct onsite demos, workflows analysis, and solution scoping with prospective healthcare clients.
Lead full-scale EMR deployments—from requirements gathering to go-live, training, and hyper care support.
Drive the product roadmap for the billing module and contribute billing insights to EMR development.
Provide ongoing configuration adjustments and updates based on client feedback.
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to engineering roadmap.
Support sales expansion by identifying opportunities and closing deals with potential clients.
