Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) for our gated retirement community in New Providence, NJ. You will implement security and emergency services programs and provide outreach within the community.

The role involves patrols, enforcing parking regulations, responding to medical emergencies, and documenting incidents. EMT certification adds value; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (higher level acceptable) within 30 days of hire.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care using basic interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
