Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced EMR Application Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks platform. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to support, optimize, and enhance electronic medical record workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business analysis skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure effective system performance, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with eClinicalWorks in an analyst, administrator, or similar support capacity.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in business application analysis, project management, systems support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of electronic medical record systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary resource for the administration, support, and optimization of the eClinicalWorks application.
• Investigate application-related issues, identify root causes, and implement recommendations to improve system performance and user experience.
• Evaluate business processes and application functionality to identify opportunities for enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, and maintain process documentation to support system improvements.
• Track project activities, monitor milestones, address obstacles, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain user guides, procedural documentation, and other reference materials.
• Provide application support to end users, including troubleshooting assistance and help desk-related activities.
• Deliver training and educational support to users to promote effective utilization of the EMR system.
• Collaborate closely with EMR team members, IT professionals, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Salary Range: $85,000-95,000/Annually
