Job summary

Candidates should hold a Massachusetts DESE educator license (or be eligible for a waiver) and demonstrate strong instructional skills plus the ability to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching at the middle or high school level.
• Massachusetts DESE educator license required (or eligible for waiver).
• Demonstrated ability to support a range of learners through strong instruction and relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using research-based curricula.
• Foster belonging and a supportive school culture with high expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in co-teaching teams and PLCs.
