Clear Destination Inc. in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with disabilities in a day center setting, helping clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30–3; Pay: $20.00–$20.65 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in learning life, social and personal care skills.
• Assist with daily needs including feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Lead engaging group and individual activities.
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records.
