Job summary

Responsibilities include client assessments, curriculum development, documentation, transportation to activities, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required plus one year of related experience.
• Background check, TB test and First Aid/ CPR may be required for licensed day programs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a program monitor for assigned clients, coordinating with families and staff.
• Writes assessments and develops individual program plans.
• Develops and maintains teaching curriculums.
• Provides training and supports in daily living activities and self-care.
• Completes all required paperwork to meet standards for clients and funders.
• Develops community activities and provides transportation to activities.
• Offers training in offsite vocational or recreational settings.
• Ensures safety and confidentiality compliance.
• Operates machinery and large equipment as needed.
• Acts as a mandated abuse reporter.
• Performs other duties to support program efficiency.
