Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist – Empowerment Specialist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in a part-time role at multiple Los Angeles area centers.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, committing to at least 15 hours per week initially, earning $20–$25 per hour with additional incentives. Bilingual Spanish is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
