Job summary

Eihab Human Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide direct care in residential settings under the Residence Manager. You will help individuals attend to daily living activities and develop skills for greater independence in a least-restrictive environment.

You will support health, safety, and personal care routines, assist with social skills, and facilitate participation in community activities while maintaining a respectful, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma is required.
• CPR/First Aid and AMAP/Promote training are necessary.
• Site-specific training will be provided; prior Direct Support Professional core competencies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating service plans.
• Observe and document individuals' behavior and responses.
• Participate in treatment meetings and adjust programs as needed.
