Job summary
Open Sky Community Services is seeking a dedicated team member to provide Support & Stabilization Services for youth up to age 22 and their families. The role emphasizes safety, permanency, and well-being through individualized planning and community resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, or five years of youth/family experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual candidates and those with lived experience highly preferred.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in identifying individual strengths and interests.
- Maintain files, documentation and meet deadlines for S&S Services and Rehab Option and all other licensing guidelines.
- Transport individuals in a safe manner in matters related to service delivery.
- Assist in providing continuity of service delivery to youth as needed.
