Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Committed to person-centred care and supporting independence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning disabilities/mental health.
• Full-time right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living and maintaining their home.
• Encouraging independence, choice, and decision-making.
• Assisting with personal care where required which may include toileting and bathing.
• Supporting access to community, social, and leisure activities.
• Assisting with health needs, including medication and appointments.
• Keeping accurate records and working collaboratively with others.
• Promoting wellbeing, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Support people with their finances, where necessary, and in line with the company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
