Agincare in Wareham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will assist with personal care, daily routines, and social activities, building trusting relationships that promote safety and independence.

We welcome candidates with a calm, patient, and caring approach; driving licence is required, and funding for training up to QCF Level 5 is provided to support career development.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient, and caring approach required.
• Experience preferred. Must be a team player with consistency.
• Full UK driving licence required and right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
