LEARN Academy is seeking a Special Education Teacher with Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe teaching certification to join our collaborative team in Arizona City. You will assess students, develop IEPs, adapt instruction, and monitor progress to help learners access accommodations and opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field.
• Arizona Special Education Credential (or enrolled in a program for certification).
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, OR an intern student currently in a special education program.
• Autism-specific or related certificate preferred – will be accepted if paired with another teaching credential.
• Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe teaching certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement student IEPs and design SDI.
• Administer instructional activities for a positive learning climate.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources for diverse learners.
• Assist in assessing curricular needs and propose improvement plans.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBA's, Clinical Specialists, and Administrators.
