Responsibilities

• Be present at work every day, on time, and perform duties as assigned.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and attire.
• Comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide instructional support to individuals or small groups of students with disabilities.
• Assist with classroom management and supervision for student safety and behavior.
• Perform data collection and routine record-keeping as instructed.
• Assist in clerical tasks including ordering and inventory of classroom materials.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and follow district technology policies.
• Participate in professional learning as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of school information.
• Attend faculty meetings and other required meetings.
• Maintain paraprofessional certification as required by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
