Job summary

Apalachee Center, Inc. is looking for a NAVIGATE SEE Specialist to join its multidisciplinary team in Tallahassee.

You will help clients identify career and educational goals, provide job coaching, and connect them with employers and training opportunities. You will support individualized recovery plans, collaborate with families, and participate in treatment planning while maintaining timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• At least one year of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
• At least one year of experience in a community treatment or outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify career interests, employment goals and strengths; guide plan.
• Assist with job searches, interview prep and workplace readiness.
• Provide individualized job coaching and ongoing employment support.
• Build relationships with employers and community organizations.
• Develop client confidence, communication skills and workplace strategies.
• Provide transportation assistance for job interviews when needed.
• Assist with educational goals and vocational training opportunities.
• Collaborate on Client Service Plans and monitor progress.
