HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our school-based program in Colorado Springs, Colorado. You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team, support students’ communication skills, and contribute to educational success under a W-2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities; proficient with EHR and therapy tools.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust plans; educate patients and families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans; ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
