Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking Residential Counselors to support individuals in daily living, community participation, and personal goal attainment within residential and community settings in Massachusetts.

You will help maintain safety, advocate for people served, and promote meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include implementing person-centered plans, assisting with transportation, and documenting progress, with pay range noted and a strong focus on trauma-informed,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and meaningful social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
