The role includes in-home and community-based interventions, data collection via Rethink software, and clear communication with the team.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT credential, has experience with children or ABA, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Aufgaben

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress effectively.
