Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT services across diverse settings to help patients regain strength and independence.

Applicants must hold a state PT license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) with relevant clinical experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a fast, streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in PT plus Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Licensure earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
