Qualifications

- Current Florida physical therapist licensure or eligibility.
Responsibilities

- Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families.
- Implement and adjust treatment protocols using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document care activities, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in ongoing education and team meetings to stay current.
