Northwell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, and diseases in accordance with physician referrals. You will maintain complete medical records and collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing individualized treatment programs, monitoring progress, and following safety protocols.

Formación

• Master's degree required for licensure eligibility.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York state required; additional certifications as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per physician prescription.
• Use appropriate evaluation techniques to assess patient status.
• Design and implement treatment plans to meet goals.
• Monitor patient tolerance and modify treatment as needed.
• Follow department emergency procedures for patient safety.
