Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
- CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and conduct PT assessments to evaluate medical conditions and rehab potential.
- Document patient progress and plan in the PCC EMR system.
