Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team in Massachusetts. You will implement prescribed PT programs, deliver treatments, and work under the Director of Rehab to help patients restore function and confidence.

We support new grads, offer mentorship, and provide pathways for growth with a patient-centered approach. This role is community-focused, with opportunities across clinics and home-based settings within our national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program required.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients and support their recovery.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Maintain patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.

Education
