Qualifications

• NC CPSS certification required.
• Lived experience as a consumer of mental health or SUD services.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Stable recovery history; no recent crises.
• WRAP or similar training beneficial.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized recovery support and coaching to peers.
• Support empowerment and self-determination.
• Navigate resources for housing, employment, healthcare.
• Assist during crises and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Model recovery values to promote hope.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings.
