Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to deliver in-home pediatric nursing care for children with complex medical needs. Join a team that provides one-on-one care in homes, schools, and communities to help kids thrive.

Qualifications
- Active nursing license in Minnesota (RN or LPN)
- Pediatric home care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to home-health settings
- Excellent communication with families and care teams
Responsabilités
- Provide direct nursing care to clients in home and school settings
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and report changes to the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning and airway management
- Monitor and manage ventilator-dependent patients and equipment
- Administer feedings and medications via gastrostomy tubes; provide site care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in records
- Educate and support family members and caregivers on patient needs
- Respond to emergencies and follow care protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic home care environment
