Pediatric Home Service, Inc. delivers personalized home-based pediatric nursing to children with medical complexities, enabling growth and thriving at home. RN and LPN staff provide one-on-one care tailored to each child’s care plan, including trach, vent, and G-tube support.

Qualifications

• No pediatric nursing experience required; training provided on ventilator, trach and G-tube care.
• Experience with pediatric home care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans including vent, trach and G-tube support.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
