Job summary
Pediatric Home Service is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide in-home care for medically complex children, including trach, vents, and G-tubes. You will deliver one-on-one nursing in home and school settings, with support for family education and care planning.

Qualifications
- Active nursing license required; training provided for pediatric home care.
- Experience in pediatric home care preferred but not required.
- Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends may be needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients in home and school settings.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
- Perform tracheostomy care and airway management.
- Monitor ventilator-dependent patients and associated equipment.
- Administer feedings and care for gastrostomy tubes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate families and caregivers on patient care needs.
- Respond to emergencies and follow care protocols.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
