Qualifications

• RN or LPN preferred for pediatric home health.
• Training provided for ventilator, trach and G-tube care.
• Ability to work with one child at a time in home setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home pediatric nursing care to one child at a time.
• Deliver ventilator, trach and G-tube care per care plan.
• Collaborate with families to support school attendance and home life.
