Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through patient-centered occupational therapy. You will work under an OT, focus on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life, and serve in a collaborative clinical setting.

In this role, you will provide individualized OT services, support family and caregiver involvement, and contribute to a team that values clinical autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehab.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility and strength.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans.
