Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
• Current and valid OTA license from the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of therapy goals.
• Educate the patient in maintaining function after discharge through education and independent exercise programs.
• Develop and implement independent exercise programs and activity modification under the supervision of the OT and DOR.
