TriStar Centennial Medical Center seeks an Oncology Infusion Nurse to influence patient care through collaborative relationships with management and hospital councils. You will help shape decisions that improve patient outcomes and advance nursing practice.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, interpreting tests, and applying nursing processes to deliver age-appropriate, high-quality care in an oncology infusion setting.

Competenze

• RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Administration Provider Card within 6 months of hire for RNs with six months Oncology experience or 12 months if no Oncology experience.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or BMT Certified Nurse, preferred

Mansioni

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions with accurate records.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient's condition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development, assessment, and care of patients across ages served.
• Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
• Utilize nursing process for individual patient care.
• Demonstrate ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
