Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver specialized pull-out instruction and push-in support to students on your caseload.
• Complete all IEP and Progress Report paperwork in accordance with DESE regulations.
• Use organization and communication skills to manage IEPs with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure student success in a general education classroom.
• Differentiate instruction using student achievement data to meet goals and support students with learning differences.
• Build relationships with students and families to create a positive classroom culture with high expectations and respect for diverse backgrounds.
