Qualifications

• Valid First Aid/CPR card prior to assuming any coaching responsibilities
• Successful Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint clearance
• I-9 employment eligibility in compliance with IRCA
• HIV/HBV training (within 60 days of hire)
• HR new hire training (within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Leadership & ethics: teach sportsmanship, work ethic and responsibility to the team
• Program management: attend all meetings, practices and competitions, manage uniforms and equipment
• Coaching skills: teach rules, techniques, safety and strategies; supervise conditioning and clinics
• Compliance: uphold district policies, code of conduct and confidentiality regarding student information
