Young World Physical Education is looking for an Assistant Athletic Coach for Hidden River Middle School. This role requires a dedicated individual to assist the head coach in planning and implementing training for student athletes. Candidates should possess prior coaching and teaching experience along with a valid First Aid/CPR certification. The position offers a flexible schedule based on the athletic season in Monroe, Washington and values ethics and professionalism in leadership.

Formación

• Valid First Aid/CPR card prior to assuming any coaching responsibilities.
• Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint clearance.
• HIV/HBV training within 60 days of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the head coach in planning and organizing practices and competitions.
• Teach sportsmanship and cooperation to the team.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and regulations.

Conocimientos

Coaching techniques for developing student athletes

Knowledge of sport rules and regulations

Effective communication skills

Educación

Previous coaching experience in the assigned sport

Previous teaching experience at the same level
