Qualifications

• Commitment to school district policies and procedures.
• Ability to meet WIAA age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in organizing practices.
• Organize, supervise, and evaluate practice sessions.
• Implement a safety plan and injury prevention.
• Communicate with parents about attendance and discipline.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling for games.
• Attend staff meetings and implement team policies.
