Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in the Essex area is seeking a dedicated Support Worker within Mental Health and Learning Disability services. You will deliver person-centered care in clients' homes, support independence, and help individuals with ASD live safe, fulfilled lives.

You’ll build trusting relationships, engage in activities, and participate in community outings while upholding PBS standards and risk management.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
