Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have business insurance for their vehicle, or be willing to obtain business insurance. We are seeking a flexible individual who can demonstrate availability to meet the needs of the support package and adapt to changing requirements when necessary. Full competency-based training will be provided, along with a comprehensive induction programme that includes shadow shifts, ensuring you feel confident and fully supported in your role. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, proactive, and committed to promoting independence, confidence, and positive social experiences.
