Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Two years of experience in a similar environment providing social services.

Responsibilities

• Promote and live out LifeSTEPS values in daily work.
• Assess participants to identify needs in finances, housing, employment, and services.
• Coordinate and tailor services to meet identified needs.
• Be on-site at each assigned property and spend contracted hours.
• Assist participants and families with plans to meet needs and improve functioning.
• Advocate and refer to community resources as needed.
• Instruct applicants in resume writing, job search, and interviewing techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry in databases.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field
