Qualifications

• Current, licensed PTA in state of practice.
• CPR certification is current.
• Driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a weekend rotation.
• Ability to function in diverse home settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervising PT directions in home care.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Record patient responses and coordinate care with the health team.
• Educate patient, family and caregivers on therapy within scope.
