Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe and engaging classroom, and partner with families to ensure each child’s growth and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while upholding the highest standards of care and safety in a dynamic classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a busy classroom.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
