Dungarvin seeks dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct support to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. You will empower people to live as independently as possible while preserving dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include hands-on care, safety assurance, and daily living support, with paid training and opportunities for growth. We welcome candidates with a compassionate mindset and a willingness to learn, across full-time

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Be person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable and flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Background clearance is required.
• Valid driver's license is required for transport roles.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of those served.
• Assist with daily living activities such as mobility, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene.
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Build relationships with individuals served and teammates.
• Attend community events and activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments or activities outside the home.
• Document progress, milestones and action steps.
• Participate in paid training and onboarding.
