Qualifications

• Must have at least HS Diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• One year of experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide habilitation services to each client as prescribed in service plans.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation and socialization.
• With training, administer medication per policies and procedures.
• Ensure clients’ nutritional needs are met and assist with feeding as needed.
• Report any deficiencies or safety issues to management.
