Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift or assist individuals with physical support.
• Flexible to work various shifts including weekends.
• Experience in caregiving or similar roles is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Assistance: help individuals with daily activities and personal care.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Support personal development toward goals in employment, education and socialization.
• Promote community integration and respectful patient-centered care.
• Ensure health and safety by following standard protocols and addressing concerns.
• Document progress and collaborate on individualized support plans.
• Log hours and complete shift notes; attend monthly Circle meetings.
