Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and document progress in a supportive team environment.

We offer a fixed starting rate of $18.50/hr, diverse schedules, comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to assist individuals with ADLs

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, household tasks, budgeting, and community engagement
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Promote independence and life skills development
• Document progress and ISPs per requirements
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities as needed
• Complete accurate electronic documentation
