Job summary

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions in Oregon is seeking Direct Support Workers for children and/or adults with developmental disabilities. You will work one-on-one, following care plans, helping with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals.

We offer flexible schedules, health and dental insurance, paid training, next-day pay, and a supportive team. Applicants must be 18+, HS diploma, 1+ year caregiving, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone;

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
